Salomon is 7 years old and has 7 brothers and sisters. Salomon and three of his siblings, Ezequiel (9), Zacarias (11), and Analia (13) currently live in an orphanage called Arco Iris de Sueños. His 3 oldest brothers have dropped out of school and live on the streets and his other sister lives with his aunt. His mom abandoned them when he was 6 months old and his father lives in a wooden shack with no electricity or running water. Salomon is currently in 2nd grade and is learning to read and write. His favorite activity besides sleeping is to play football. He also loves to eat!! Apart from the funding provided to Arco Iris de Sueños, he has received clothing for school, school supplies, a present for Christmas in 2006, and gone to get ice cream or to the movies.

Alejandra is 15 years old and currently attending high school at EPET N°1, studying architecture. She studies hard and receives good grades. She loves to play volleyball, dance, swim, and watch music videos. She is one of 9 children who live in a 2 bedroom wooden shack. They have electricity but no running water. Niños de Argentina provided Alejandra and her 3 oldest sisters with clothing and school supplies for the 2007 school year. Seven of the children have also received sheets, towels, and socks.
